Oil field water-flood is one of the important works in the process of oil and gas exploitation, oil field water-flood development has the extremely vital significance in the development of oil fields. It is an important technology of implementing stable and high oil production to control rate of water injection and keep formation pressure by testing pressure drop of injection wells precisely. Actually, it is not able to test pressure drop if oil pressure of an injection well is greater than25MPa. Because the rated pressure range of using Well test lubricators is less than25MPa. Due to the limitations of the current pressure drop test technology, the process cannot be observed and the pressure data cannot be collected. The test is in an unchecked state and the test time only decided by experience, which have been affecting the accuracy of the test. Aimed at the above situation, this thesis designed a kind of pressure drop tester based on MSP430, to realize the precise test on the pressure drop of injection Wells, to achieve the purpose of the test.In this thesis, the main work includes:(1) Be familiar with the current pressure gage interface on the tree to make the pressure drop tester portability, to change the traditional pattern of downhole test, to connect the pressure drop tester with the tree directly, and to design a kind of mechanical structure and safety device with a shell which is able to meet all requirement of harsh condition in the wild.(2) Achieve precision and accuracy demarcate of the pressure gage. In the laboratory, keep the uncertainty of pressure gage in±0.1%FS and do not leak under40MPa pressure during working.(3) MSP430as the core to design power management circuit, pressure and temperature data acquisition and storage circuit, LCD display circuit, USB communication circuit and Wake-Up Timer circuit.(4) Complete the software design of the multi-layer Measure-control System based on MSP430, including data acquisition and module processing, data transmission and storage and LCD display, etc.(5) Do field experiment to evaluate the pressure drop test documents and the analysis the effect. Test pressure drop of the injection wells and explain the pressure drop documents, and evaluate its Application for the reservoir development.Pressure drop testers of injection wells designed by this thesis have been put into use by some enterprise. The main function includes low-power dissipation, real-time display and storage parameters of pressure and temperature, computer data playback. It can be used on standard interface of the tree, reduces the construction risk, and achieve the expected effect. In addition, it can be designed to super miniature and packaged into pulling and running tool to do layered pressure test so that it has good expansibility.
