Now days, different global culture are been combined and crashed together, showing a trendof diversification, which changes people’s aesthetic trend day by day. The global fashion industryhas already been involved in this major fashion revolution. On the one hand, the influence oftraditional fashion brand to the international popular is gradually weakened; on the other hand,designer from different area and different culture are starting to show their talent and extend theirinfluence. India and China are both developing countries in Asia, also both have long history.India native brand Manish Arora now is very famous in the whole world, as a fashion brand withgreat national characteristics, Manish Arora has dozens of shops and lots of fans in globalfashion market, and keeps attracting international attention. The success of Manish Arora cangive Chinese designer and Chinese brand lots of reference. Now there are a lot of internationalfashion magazines and newspapers are reporting Manish Arora’s achievement, but there’s still noone summarize and analysis the brand’s development history and exquisite creative design.Therefore this thesis focus on how he combine ethnic elements and fashion design together. Ihope my research about Manish Arora can provide some reference to Chinese native brands anddesigners.
