Metal–organic frameworks (MOFs), not only reveal the functionbetween metal-ion and life system,but also due to their physicalapplication in many fields such as lighting,magnetic, power generation,porous polymers, nonlinear, and so on. This work mainly describes thesynthesis, characterization and properties of coordination polymers withtris(p-carboxylphenyl)phosphine oxide ligand. Full text includes fourchapters:In Chapter1, we primitively introduced the research present oftris(p-carboxylphenyl)phosphine oxide ligand and significance of theresearch.In Chapter2, tris(p-carboxylphenyl)phosphine oxide ligand andN-donor ligands were those to be starting object of this thesis. FourMOFs were prepared under different conditions, including [Cu(TPO)(H2O)]n·nH2O(1);[Zn3(TPO)2(H2O)2]n·8nH2O(2);[Cd2(TPO)(BPO)(H2O)2]n(3);[Pb5(TPO)3(H2O)2]n·3nH2O(4), where TPO=tris(p-carboxylphenyl)phosphine oxide ligand, BPO=bis(4-carboxylphenyl)phosphinic acid. Further, crystal structure,IR and thermalstabilities properties of compounds were investigated. and theluminescent of complex3was investigated.In Chapter3, base on tris(p-carboxylphenyl)phosphine oxide ligandandAmino-Pyridine series N-donor ligands, through the solventvolatilization method, hydrothermal synthetic,nine new metal-organicframeworks, namely,[Zn2(TPO)2(1,4-bix)2]n·5nH2O(5);[Zn(TPO)(2,2’-bipy)(H2O)]·DMF·H2O(6);[Zn(TPO)(H2O)]·(2-AP)·5H2O(7);[Co(TPO)(1,4-bix)]·3H2O(8);[Co3(TPO)2(2,2’-bipy)2(H2O)7]·H2O(9);[Co3(TPO)2(bipy)3(H2O)9]·2DMF·H2O(10);[Co3(TPO)2(phen)2(H2O)7]·H2O(11);[Cd(TPO)(1,4-bix)]·3H2O(12);[Pb3(TPO)2(phen)3]·2H2O(13);where1,4-bix=1,4-bis (imidazol-l-ylmethyl)benzene,2,2’-bipy=2,2’-Bipyridine,DMF=N.N-dimethyl formamide,2-AP=2-Aminopyridine,phen=1,10-Phenanthroline monohydrate,havebeen obtained..Further, crystal structure,IR and thermal stabilities prope-rties of compounds were investigated. and the luminescent of complexes5、6、7and12were investigated.In Chapter4,base on tris(p-carboxylphenyl)phosphine oxide ligand,a new BPO ligand was obtained.Aseries of polymer were synthetic:[Zn (BPO)(bipy)0.5]·2H2O(14);[Zn2(BPO)2(phen)2(H2O)]·2H2O(15);[Zn(BPO)(H2O)](16);[Co(BPO)(bipy)0.5](17);[Cd(BPO)(phen)](18);where bipy=4,4’-Bipyridine,phen=1,10-Phenanthroline monohy-drate.Further, crystal structure,IR and thermal stabilities properties ofcompounds were investigated. and the luminescent of complexes wereinvestigated.
