| Coordination polymer is a metal-organic framework with periodic network structure which is constructed by small molecular ligands and metal ions through self-assemble process, and has OD,1D,2D and3D frameworks. Coordination polymer has the mild synthesis condition, more kinds of material, special physics and chemistry characters (these materials have potential applications in areas such as catalysis, separations, storage, photoluminescence, magnetism and nonlinear materials) than other complexes.The aim of this thesis is to synthesize new metal-drug coordination compounds on the basis of organic drugs, aromatic polycarboxylate ligands, and metal ions. We mix them enough to produce metal medicine compounds by the hydrothermal condition. The aim of these experiments are to discuss syntheses, structure and properties of metal-drug complexes with all kinds of ligands, analysis influence of ligands and metal ions on the formation of the metal-drug complexes and to explore the relationships between structure and properties for these now compounds. We have prepared new metal-drug complexes on the basis of hydrothermal technique and structurally characterized by elemental analyses, IR, EPR, XPS, XRPD, TG and single crystal X-ray diffractions. The thermal stabilities, magnetic properties and fluorescent activity of these compounds have been studied.Finally, we have chosen ppaH(piperamic acid), lomeH(lomefloxacin), norfH(norfloxacin) saraH(sarafloxacin) and so on quinolone organic drugs under understerding and analyzing the theory carefully, with length different fragrant carboxylic acid such as1,3,5-H3btc,1,4-H2bdc,1,3-H2bdc, Hsdba and H2bpdc. We stirred the mixture and add the metal salt to them, to prepare MOFs with obvious characteristic of their structures. We also made many test to them. For example, infrared, thermogravimetry, XRPD spectrum as well as element analysis and so on. Moreover, we took the FL to some crystals. Compound3exhibits a2D→3D mutual interdigitation architecture, which is assembled from hydrogen-bonded motifs. Compounds4is a unique1D chain of binodal network and represents the first example of metal-quinolone complexe on the basis of the1,4-bdc and norfH. The supramolecular structure of5contains OD structure and OD structure generate a3D network structure on the basis of hydrogen bonds and pi-pi stacking. Compounds6-7contains cation and anion and connected by hydrogen bonds and pi-pi stacking interactions, generating a three-dimensional supramolecular structure. |
