| With the improvement of living standards, consumers puts forward new additional value besides the product function. The product morphological is the carrier of product function, also is an important source of consumer affect experience. Therefore, researching of product form design is one of the important ways to improve the additional value of product. To the office chair, after the market prioritizing of several years, office chair gradually formation relatively stable form. Therefore, the morphological design of office chair also entered the development bottleneck, so that we need to study the office chair form by the new method.This study proposes a morphology research methods based on gene network theory. First of all study carries on the office chair morphological decomposition, to get71forms which relatively objective to constitute product gene. Ten coding1233office chair of the existing refer to the product gene, and calculate the correlation between product gene to measure the degree of correlation between genes, ultimately study constitute product gene network. After analyze the office chair gene, finally obtain that the original office chair gene network is a small world network model. With the correlation threshold increase, office chair network formed to contain several sub-network which performance of small world network, while the overall office chair network show fairly scale-free network characteristics. In order to validate if the research results can guide the actual design or not, this study designed the experiment. First based on the office chair gene network which this paper obtained, study identify different types of nodes in the gene network of office chair, and the node group, then translate into the design strategy. Secondly let5designers design two groups of office chair sketch in the situation of with or without design strategies, so that study total get20groups sketch as the experimental samples. Finally101subjects were involved in the questionnaire of verification experiment, they are be asked just choose the satisfied sketch from each in control group. Through statistical analysis, the sketch in the design strategy under the guidance of the sample has a certain advantage, so to verify the feasibility of gene networks in practical design. |
