Corn spermoderm as by-products of corn starch production, it is mainly used as animal feed,lower economic value. Corn Spermoderm Polysaccharides exists in corn spermoderm, its watersolubility and processing performance is better than that of corn spermoderm, and there are avariety of biological activity. Study on extract the Corn Spermoderm Polysaccharides, not onlycan improve the value of corn and improve the economic benefits of corn processing enterprises,but also that have important significance for functional food and medicine research anddevelopment.This experiment by corn spermoderm as raw material, Extract the Corn SpermodermPolysaccharides by using the method of microwave assisted water extraction and alcoholprecipitation, Sevag method were used to remove protein, dialysis were used to remove smallmolecular impurities, chromatography with gel column were used to separation and purification,get the polysaccharide of components uniform, use of liquid chromatography, ultravioletspectrum, infrared spectrum, periodate oxidation-Smith degradation, nuclear magnetic resonancemethod to study on the structure of Corn Spermoderm Polysaccharides,respectively by salicylicacid method, DPPH method, adjacent benzene three phenolic autoxidation method todetermination of Corn Spermoderm Polysaccharides to study on the antioxidation of CornSpermoderm Polysaccharides. The main results are as follows:The optimal extraction process is it, that extraction temperature is100℃, ratio of material towater is1:40, and extraction time is4h, microwave time is4min, the microwave power is460W.Corn Spermoderm Polysaccharides extraction rate was6.74%with the extraction process.Determine the conditions is it, that sample and reagent volume ratio is2:1, Chloroform andbutanol volume ratio is3:1, repeat three times and the time is20min. The removal rate of proteinis46.31%, the loss rate of polysaccharide is8.16%. chromatography with Sephadex G-75can bepreferably isolated a component, named CSPâ… .Relative molecular mass of Corn Spermoderm Polysaccharides CSPâ…  is33179, it containinggalactose, glucose, arabinose, xylose and glucose content in the highest, Corn SpermodermPolysaccharides CSPâ… does not contain nucleic acid and contain a bit of protein, glycoproteinswith O-type glycopeptide bond linkage, speculated that Corn Spermoderm Polysaccharides CSP â… contain1â†'4glycosidic bond,1â†'6glycoside bond and1â†'3glycosidic bond, CornSpermoderm Polysaccharides CSP â…  is an acidic polysaccharide, and contain pyran ring.Speculated that the structure of Corn Spermoderm Polysaccharides CSPâ… may for[α-Glc(1â†'4)-]n.The experimental results show that the Corn Spermoderm Polysaccharides CSPâ…  haddifferent scavenging effect to hydroxyl free radical, DPPH radical, superoxide anion free radical,Corn Spermoderm Polysaccharides CSPâ… scavenging effect is not obvious to hydroxyl radical,DPPH radical and superoxide anion free radical clearance rate of50%respectively requiredconcentration were0.83mg/ml and3.91mg/ml, and with the increase of concentration, theclearance rate gradually enhanced.
