| Based on the theory of general equilibrium and the laminated fracture theory,crushed product quality and production capacity of cone crusher were studied, Basedon the production capacity, the structure parameter optimization model of conecrusher has been built. By this certain theoretical basis, new-type, efficient andenergy-saving cone crusher is expected to be improved and developed in the future.In this paper, the main work and content are as follows:(1)In a single-particle material as the research object, its movementcharacteristics through the crushing cavity, with analytic expressions, is derived bythe vector method of single particle material in sliding way.(2)Based on the general equilibrium theory, the crushing process of conecrusher model was studied, through further theoretical analysis the size distributionprediction of crushed material has realized in the process. Through analyzing theexperience model on the rate of needle products of cone crusher, the effects of theaverage size of feeding material and the closed discharging mouth size on productneedle piece rate can be obtained.(3)The new method calculating the productivity has been derived. PYB900cone crusher has been used as an example to verify the correctness of the theoreticalmodel. The influence of working parameters and structure parameters on the conecrusher productivity was analyzed, and some relationship between productivity ofthe cone crusher and the related parameters has been achieved.(4)Based on the research of cone crusher production capacity, taking theproductivity of the cone crusher as the objective function, the chamber structureparameter optimization model has been constructed. By Matlab software, thePYB900cone crusher cavity structure parameters have been optimized. Combingwith the graphic method, the optimized basic chamber can be drawn. Further usingthe theory of minimum wear of the cone liner, the curve of the movable cone can be mapped out. |
