With the rapid development of industrial technology,people try to use different methods to improve and develop various crushers which are in order to improve the economy,efficiency and durability of mechanical equipment.Focus on the PLM1500 I hydraulic cone crusher cone liner's short living,we regard the moving cone lining plate as the research object,establish three-dimensional model in order to make research and analysis related to the proposed optimization scheme and verification results.As is known to all,the moving cone liner service life has been significantly improved.Therefore,the research on the moving cone liner is full of significance and practical value.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The present situation,methods and related theories of cone crusher technology at home and aboard are analyzed.(2)Focus on the structure of PLM1500 I type cone crusher and its working principle;analyzing the three motion modes of crusher cavity;discussing the layered cone crushing cavity shape crushing characteristics;analyzing the motion characteristics of cone crusher kinematics and crushing cavity material of broken pieces the machine work performance of PLM1500 I cone.(3)Establishing the three-dimensional model of the moving cone liner,which is analyzed by ANSYS software to carry on the static analysis,modal analysis and fatigue life,getting the original parameters of the moving cone liner;on this basis,get further design of the 3D model,which are the original smooth appearance to ripple the moving cone type and increasing the thickness of the lining plate,analysis of static analysis and fatigue life of the moving cone liner.By comparing the analysis results of the three design schemes,the improvement of service life of the improved dynamic cone lining plate shows that the two optimized designs are feasible.(4)Comparing the common high manganese steel,high chromium steel,high manganese steel,high manganese steel CrMoVTiRe composition and mechanical properties.It's analyzed that CrMoVTiRe high manganese steel and high manganese steel,compared with the existing ordinary high manganese steel and high manganese steel containing material,has abrasion resistance,can be considered as the material for making the moving cone liner,provide a new idea for the future improvement of liner materials.
