Manufacturing is a typical high energy consumption and high emission industries. Greenmanufacturing is the form of sustainable thinking which is reflected in the manufacturing fielddeeper level of development. It is necessary to develop the green manufacturing. Establish ascientific and effective evaluation system and evaluation method of green manufacturing topromote and implement the green manufacturing plays a vital role. As a starting point of theprocess of the energy consumption requirements of CNC machine. We propose acomprehensive evaluation of CNC machining process greenness Based on Energy AnalysisandFuzzy Evaluation. The mainresearch workareas follows:(1) change in energy demand manufacturing process as a variable, put forward the processofenergy demand model, basedon themodel analysisofprocessenergy consumption;(2) the energy-value index evaluation method is proposed, and the main factors affectingthedegreeofgreen degreeofCNC machinetoolsarestudied.(3) analysis of machining process of green degree of influence factors proposed a newenergy index and fuzzy evaluation of comprehensive evaluation method, and with a HitachiSeiki machining process as the research object, application the method to evaluate the greendegreeofthemachiningprocess, pointouttheadvantagesofthemethod.Evaluation system is flexibility, the evaluation method is universal and can be applied todifferent types of CNC machining process of green degree evaluation, factor analysis, changethe spindle speed, coolant and tool paths through the process of green degree thesis affect theprovision to meet the conditions for green manufacturing mode, select the part of theproduction process with a suitable green a certain significance for the realization of greenmanufacturingprocess toprovidetheoreticalsupport.
