Thermal power plants commonly use large amounts of water. Circulating cooling water accounts for over70%of the total water consumption. Therefore, the circulating cooling wastewater was discharged at fixed period to avoid the accumulation of the salt in the cooling water system. Ion exchange technology, which had been widely used in desalt of wastewater, began to show its disadvantages, such as complex system, difficulty of maintaining, large floor space, high running expense. Acid and alkine was used and discharged during the regeneration of resin, which will lead to secondary pollution of waters. This paper is intended to provide a new set of cascading complete and reliable industrial solutions to improve the proportion of recycled water reuse. In China, efficient reverse osmosis water treatment cycle, has not done a pilot study.This technique has never been used in practical engineering. This paper presents an efficient reverse osmosis process.By lime softening, carbon dioxide removal, ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis consisting efficient reverse osmosis process, to deal with wastewater, and made a series of related experiments. In addition, this subject to the Shijingshan plant sewage treatment systems as a research project examples analysis water quality, equipment and operating data. Provide a reference for future a pilot and engineering applications.Circulating water pretreatment test, lime softening is used to remove circulating pool of sewage water hardness, self-cleaning disc filter for filtering wastewater suspended solids and colloidal, CO2removal device for the removal of CO2in water, thereby reducing carbonate hardness.Ultrafiltration for the removal of turbidity and residual hardness, and to ensure that the water meets the COD content of reverse osmosis water requirements. Experimental results show that, the temporary hardness and suspended solids in wastewater have been removed effectively, compared with the original water removal rate was approximately57.4%CODcr, turbidity removal of about43%. Bicarbonate and carbonate content of the water is greatly reduced. Studies have shown that, temperature and PH has a great influence on the operation of the pretreatment system. Reasonable ultrafiltration backwash cycle to determine the protection ultrafiltration membranes and conservation of energy are also important. Experimental study on the relationship between solubility and temperature pH of SiO2,calculated the optimal operating conditions of reverse osmosis,reduce membrane fouling caused by SiO2. The results show, water temperature at30~35℃, pH value in the range of8.5to10, Can effectively improve the silicon dissolves in water concentration limit. Inhibitor dosage test results, Inhibitor dosage recommended as2mg/L, greatly reducing the number of dosing than conventional. The test results, greatly reducing the phenomenon of reverse osmosis fouling,desalination rate steady at above97%, product water recovery rate of over90%, this water is suitable for thermal power plant boiler feed water water requirements. The results prove that this technology is feasible. And provides data and reference data for subsequent industrial design.Since the pilot study is not performed efficient reverse osmosis technology, this technology is not used in the project. Study analyzed the new circulating water balance Shijingshan Power Plant, equipment, water quality, operating data, the economic benefits were observed and studied in detail tracking.
