| Pipeline transport is one of the main methods of oil and gas transportation, the safetransport of long distance pipeline is very important to the sustainable development ofpetrochemical industry economy.Reasonable safety assessment, accurate identification of thedangerous factors and corresponding countermeasures according to the risk situation ofevaluation unit, are the effective measures to ensure safe operation of the long distancetransmission pipeline.We take Wuqi-Yanlian long distance pipeline project as object of safety evaluation,through in-depth understanding of the project,we recognize inherent risk of project, hazardfactors and major hazards in the process of operation.Wuqi-Yanlian oil pipeline project canbe divided into five evaluation unit, a total of22subunits,based on the characteristics of it.Fault tree analysis and preliminary hazard analysis are used for qualitative evaluation of thepipeline subproject. Mond index method is carried on for quantitative evaluation of the unitsof oilstation.We use preliminary hazard analysis to evaluate the accessorial devices andpublic engineering.We take a classification method of toxic work and noise rating methods toevaluate the labor hygiene unit.Evaluation results show that the major safety concerns ofWuqi-Yanlian oil pipeline engineering are the fire explosion accident caused by oilspill,electric accident, boiler accident, etc.By the safety pre-evaluation of Wuqi-Yanlian oil pipeline engineering,it is concludedthat enterprises should carry out the various security measures from three aspects as thesecurity technology, safety management and accident emergency rescue plan to reduce therisk of Wuqi-Yanlian oil pipeline engineering.In the implementation of securitycountermeasures and suggestions situation, Wuqi-Yanlian oil pipeline engineering is feasiblein terms of security. |
