On the analysis of the south, west1and3of ancient wushen banner cluster Wells boosterstation, on the basis of production performance and pressurization mining effect, use of dynamicmethod, the numerical simulation method, and RTA method to calculate single well, the gas fieldand the integral of typical pressurization jingbian-yanshuiguang pipeline gas field productionplateau, gas pressurization rate-maintenance capability analysis evaluation.At the same time using Arps diminishing and numerical simulation method to predict thesingle well, typical blocks and field overall decline rate.In pressurization rate-maintenance capability and on the basis of studying the decline rate, tocarry out supercharging effect evaluation, before and after the analysis of pressurized radius ofsingle well production performance, control, dynamic reserves and gas contribution rate changes.Influence the gas pressurization stable yield gas well liquid and node pressure loss and otherissues put forward concrete solutions, guide the construction of gas pressurization mining, gaspressurization stable for longer periods.In this paper, the jingbian-yanshuiguang pipeline gas pressurization rate-maintenancecapability and to study the law of diminishing obtained the following conclusions:1.using the method of production dynamic, RTA method and single well numericalsimulation method to calculate gas field, and overall pressurization of typical production plateau,a greater difference between different types of single well, block production plateau.Headquarters under the ancient Ⅰ, booster Ⅰ and Ⅰgas well production with lay stable period,4.5,2.7, and3years on the east side of the ancient Ⅰ, Ⅰ and Ⅰgas well proration productionwith higher birth pressurization production plateau2.2,2.1and1year.Low permeability blocks (west station1) pressure stable production period of2years or so,high permeability blocks (shan17wellblock) longer pressurization stable yield can be up to3-4years, rich water block (north area) is influenced by water production, production decline, noobvious pressure production plateau, production with lay decline rate15.74%.Production dynamic method to predict gas reservoir pressure in the stable period of4yearsor so, RTA method to predict turbocharged31.936month production plateau, the numericalsimulation method to predict turbocharged production plateau34months. 2.using Arps diminishing and match gave birth to single well numerical simulation methodto calculate production decline rate is given priority to with diminishing index, and harmonicdecline, the average decline rate is between3.05%~21.19%, most of the Wells decline rate isabout15%.Low permeability blocks (south station) in line with the hyperbolic decline, decline rate37.53%, high permeability, namely, shanxi17wellblock in line with the harmonic decline,decline rate13.62%, shan wellblock in line with the harmonic decline,37years decline18.10%,rich water block (north area) in line with the exponential decline, decline rate15.74%.Gas reservoir accords with exponential decline in the5years before pressurization earlyaverage decline rate13.15%,10years after an average decline rate8.46%, along with thewellhead pressure is reduced, decline rate gradually decreases, and when the wellhead pressuredrop to2.0MPa and maintain a constant pressure production, the initial decline rate15.11%,average decline rate11.61%,5years before10years after an average decline rate7.51%.3.3south station, west1booster station operation in the process of the main measures of gasWells with low compressor operation load, pressurization with fluid difficulties and part of thenew well pressure booster high restricted by internal process can’t normal production (ifthrottling depressurization production directly, the temperature is too low, easy to cause pipelinefrozen wall, cause set QiZhan medium-voltage pipeline overpressure, pose a safety hazard, andat the same time, adverse to the smooth production).Future booster station construction in the process, should fully consider gas pressurizationand affiliated circumstance reasonable selection of the compressor.After4, gas pressurization, continue to fall as the gas pressure, gas well liquid difficulties, thedecline in output is big, restricted by standing both in-house process and reason, insufficient gasWells with liquid effective measure.The future of the construction of the charging process, theneed to constantly improve gas injection process.Suggest that form a complete set of water production gas well filling, defoaming agentprocess, on-site increase high efficiency separator, prevent foaming agent affect the normalproduction of the compressor.Water production in the process of the construction of gas pressurization, it is recommendedthat the old and retain moisture inside JingZhan production process, to facilitate emptying liquidwater production gas well alone exported compressor or other cleanup measures.
