Hence, It is important for the top corrosion of Wet gas pipeline in Jingbian gas field to understand its reason influencing factor and control method.Based on field investigation on the Jingbian gas field corrosion environment, we have systematically analyzed corrosion media distribution of the gas gathering and transportation pipeline, pipeline materials, operating parameters and corrosion situation etc. Under the situation field of high CO2, high quality water and high salinity and other characteristics, the main gas gathering pipes X52(L360) was studied to be exposit the corrosion rule.The paper depend on top corrosion homemade coupon test device and electrochemical test device, researching the top corrosion of different temperature, the concentration of chloride ion, calcium, magnesium ion concentration, concentration of bicarbonate ion and sulfate ion concentration for X52steel with Top corrosion coupon test method and test method electrochemical on the top of the corrosion mechanism of CO2moisture environment, discussing the influence of corrosion product film on the metal electrochemical corrosion; sorting the influencing factors of top corrosion by analyzing run repeatability variance of orthogonal experiment, the result of the variance of repetitive orthogonal test analysis:the influence of temperature, concentration of chloride ion, calcium, magnesium ion concentration, concentration of bicarbonate ion and sulfate ion the concentration for the top corrosion X52pipeline steel are highly significant, the effect order of various factors for the top corrosion of X52steel:temperature> Mg2+> HCO3"> SO32"> Cl> Ca2+With the further development of gas fields, the corrosion problems will become more prominent. To develop the prediction of Jingbian gas field corrosion rate of corrosion protection work has become more and more necessary, the research result has reference value of other similar oil and sas fields containing CO>.
