Nanometer poly silicon step-down augmented injection technology is to use the strongadsorption of super hydrophobic nanometer silicon polymer particles adsorbed on the surfacestratum microchannel, nano adsorption layer, make the hole wall surface changed fromhydrophilic to hydrophobic.It not only greatly reduces the lfow resistance of high pressure water, the rock surfaceloose weak adsorption easily displaced water, the water film thinning, thus cll’ectively expandthe seepage aperture, improve the formation of pore throat size, nanopatriclcs coated on thesurface of clay at the same time,to prevent injection water immersion, have the effect ofprevent clay swelling, so as to achieve the purpose of the step-down augmented injection.Inthis paper, through the indoor experimental study on the basic properties of nanometer polysilicon material, and through field experiment, proves that the technology can effectivelyrcduce the pressure of water injection in low permeability reservoir injection Wells, increasedinjection Wells, the surface-area of low permeabilily formation energy effectively. Siliconpolymer nano materials as a new type of augmented injection agent, water injection in lowpermeability oilifeld development has broad application prospects.Not only that, the article also for nanometer silicon polymer step-down augmented injectiontechnology research indoors, including water dispersion of nanometer silicon polymer anddispersion stability, particle size selection, structure characterization and demulsification ofemulsion performance and augmented injection performance were studied. Of6Wells in thescene and to optimize the design of the construction scheme, specifically in practicalapplication.
