The proportion of the development of low permeability oil reservoirs account for the oilfield development is increasing year by year.This paper analyzes the history,present situation and main methods of development status of the development of low permeability reservoir in Xianhe Oil Production Plant,and makes the objective evaluation,clears the main problems and contradiction.The injection production contradiction in low permeability reservoir performance for difficulties in water well injection and oil well production,difficulties in formation pressure maintain and recovery,the formation energy continued to decline.This paper takes Shishen 100 Block in Shinan Oilfield as an example,analyzes the bottleneck which restricting the development level of low permeability reservoir,studies on the mechanism of under injection wells in low permeability reservoir.A theoretical analysis is carried out from the microcosmic pore structure,reservoir percolation mechanism.This paper divides the under injection factors into such three categories as dry pressure factors,pollution factors and physical factors.On the basic of the divided three categories of factors of less injection,carries out the optimization way of increasing injection.For the case of under injection wells that contaminated and plugged,adopting measures as acidizing injectivity.For well under injection caused by the large distance,adopting the test of radial drilling technology to improve the connectivity of the oil wells.For low porosity and low permeability leads to high starting pressure under injection wells,adopting test cuff perforating technology.Through optimizing the proper way of injection mode,an antidote against the disease,improving the single well stimulation effect and augmented injection efficiency.In order to solve the the ontradiction between poor physical properties and the difficulty of the augmented injection wells,carries the research of increasing injection technology of activated water and the evaluation and selection of surface active agent,Optimization a quaternary ammonium Gemini surfactant and its preparing process,Through the indoor static experiments and dynamic displacement experiment,research and development of active antihypertensive synergist adaptation in Shishen 100 sand reservoir of the segment three,active water prepared by the field test has been more obvious antihypertensive effect of increasing injection.
