| Now, research on sediment is focused on large rivers, lakes and the seriously pollutedrivers in urban, but the study on sediment of rural medium and small rivers is less. Sixrural medium and small rivers in Jiangxi province were taken as the research goal in thepaper and nutrient elements of sediment of them were compared, which could avoid thelimitation of traditional research on a single river.Measuring the concentration of nutrient elements of sediment by experiments, drawing the concentration curve charts of nutrient elements, analyzing the trends ofnutrient elements concentration in sediment and combining with the SPSS software toanalyze the relevance of physical indexes-pH and conductivity of nutrient elements ofsediment to the key nutrient elements. The homology had been discussed by the relevanceof nutrient elements of sediment. The paper accurately reveals the characters of the nutrientelements of sediment and then gives some proposals about the rural medium and smallrivers training in Jiangxi province by the analysis. The major research achievements aresummarized as follows:1)The nutrient elements of sediment of rural medium and small rivers in Jiangxiprovince was acidic in general, the distribution of pH in space is of a decreasing trendfrom the north to the south, but it has an increasing tendency from east to west, thesediment in whole province belonged to Non-saline soil.2) The concentration of nitrogenand phosphorus in sediment were largest in plains, followed by nitrogen and phosphorusconcentration in the hilly areas, while in the mountains which were the smallest.3)Thenitrogen and phosphorus concentration of sediment nearby farms was significantly higherthan which was in other rivers, which indicated that farms waste water would affect thecomposition of sediment and make the concentration of nutrient elements in sedimenthigher, so the rural medium and small rivers near farms should be paid more attention on.4) In the study areas, there were one-third rivers in which each of nutrient elements ofsediment showed a significant relevance. it made clear that each of nutrient elements ofsediment had a homology, it would be in favor of finding external pollution sources andcontrolling it. |
