Based on the former literature review, the study uses the method of key case study to do in-depth research on the behavior process of the duplication of organization and management systems and technology models. In the case analysis process, this study constructs a theoretical framework of analysis, combining the theory of organizational structure, process reengineering and project management cycle. It helps to form a unique case study method from three dimensions.
