Static strength calculation was usually used in the current strength analysis of single-bucket excavator. But there were many differences between theoretical calculation and practical situation of load. It was because that did not consider the dynamic situation, motion inertial and vibration of mechanisms in the calculation. So to avoid of these phenomena, the author utilized bigger safety factor and synthetical dynamic factor in the theoretical calculation. Because of the rough calculation, it could not work out the impact of dynamic load in the design process. The working condition of single-bucket excavator is load dynamically, because of variation in load, launch and braking frequently. In order to avoid the situation, it should be studied the strength influenced by variation of working condition. For found the vibration rule of mechanism dynamic, the author utilized a vibration system to replace the real mechanical system, and it should be ensure the motion parameter was not changed, the system was called "replacement system".To work out the replacement system, it should be changed the motion parameter into equivalence. The author did the dynamic analysis of rotating mechanism of excavator which has the volume of23m3, and the purpose of building the replacement system is change the complex movement into a simple and easy calculate system. Then work out the dynamic load according to variation of external load, and calculate the static strength and fatigue strength of parts. Then the author did the dynamic analysis of rotate reducer, rotate gear and rotate platform with RecurDyn, obtained maximum rotate torque, compared the maximum rotate torque obtained from RecurDyn and mathematical model with current model, gained the dynamic load factor of rotate mechanism, examined feasibility of rotate mechanism on the work condition, used ANSYS to rollaway disc’ model analysis of rotate mechanism.
