| R&D project is widely used in enhancing technology level, products quality and management level. It is also one of the most numerous projects. One of the fundamental tasks is effective control and plan of development progress which can achieve the setting target.Blast Furnace Integrated Process Control is significant extension into iron-making in ABSC integrated quality management, which has great impact on sophisticated and high-valued products as well as improving the stability of producing. In the large-capacity iron-making industry, the BF iron-making craft is very sophisticated. There are plenty of equipments in the BF area in ABSC. Blast Furnace Integrated Process Control Development Project of ABSC (BF-BPC) is connected to different facilities. On the basis of current control system, we develop the BF-BPC project, do research in project process schedule and control by utilizing project management theory and method, oversee the problems in process and come up with solutions finally.Based on project management knowledge, taking the BF-BPC development project as the objective, the thesis expatiates the application of theory, process and means of project plan and control in project practice development. This paper begins with introduction of preliminary work involving progress plan and control. Considering the reality, the owner establishes the effective project organization, assigns the participants duties and sets up the communicating mechanism. It ensures the organization and means for project schedule management. Then, this paper expounds the schedule plan and control. These secondary schedules are based on the arterial schedule--general schedule plan. The BPC function model design schedule is drawn through breaking down the work of project. The internet equipment purchasing and software programming schedule are drawn on the principle of focusing on the program. The software programming network schedule is drawn by optimizing the time limit for this project and analyzing the connection of work. Relevant appurtenant schedules are built as well. The diversiform controlling measures are adopted in the project progress with the control organization. With the strict control on the BPC function model design schedule and procurement schedule, the report forms of actual schedule and compositive progress rate are adopted to analyze and compare to the actual construction schedule with the plan. The general schedule is assured with the dynamic inspection and updating the relevant schedule plan. Finally, it analyses the problems in the project progress and provides the corresponding solutions. |
