Study On Project Management Of Innovation Dust Removal Systems In Baosteel EAF Plant

With the perfecting of environmental protection regulations, the people’s environmental protection awareness are getting higher and higher, with the improvements of processing technology, such as using oxygen spray gun and hot attire molten iron, the production rhythm speeds up, the smelting time reduces, the output enhances correspondingly, accordingly the dust removal system also presents the phenomenon which ability is insufficient, the effect reduces. At present EAF plant totally depends on the bag type dust removal system during the initial time of the construction, the present bag type dust removal system already cannot meet the requirements of the environmental protection and the new production increasing. The project of integrated innovation of EAF Dust removal System is concerned by Baosteel leaders. Through the innovation of dust removal system, and related electrical equipment and machinery and equipment upgrades, this project will not only meet the increased production capacity needs but also to meet the environmental protection requirements of the surrounding residents of the plant.The purpose of this paper is based on the theory of project management to research the whole process management of the project of the innovation of the EAF dust removal system. This paper is divided into seven chapters, Chapter1is the introduction, this chapter is to ask questions and introduce the backgrounds,significance, methods and main contents of the research and so on; Chapter2describes the overview of Electric Furnace plant to introduce readers the object of this study, specifically including the Baosteel Electric Furnace organizational structure, product structure, human resource situation and recent developments, etc.; Chapter3Overviews the project management theory, mainly on the content of project management including four processes and nine procedures of the project management knowledge, etc.; Chapter4introduces the starting process of the improvement of the integrated dust removal system of EAF, mainly on the necessity and feasibility of the project; Chapter5describes the planning process of the project. it focuses on the comprehensive analysis of the innovation process including the project objectives, schedule plan, training plan,document preparation plan, procurement plan,quality plan; Chapter6describes the comprehensive implementing process of the project, including schedule plan, training plan, document preparation plan, procurement plan,quality plan, during the introduction of the implementing of the schedule plan of the project, we give the description of the equipment preparation, the personnel training, the document preparation;Chapter7is about the introduction of the controlling process of the project, also includes the controlling process of the above; Chapter8draws the conclusion of the paper.
