Currently exists in thefood samples tested in many problems, such as sampling the heavy workload, staffingexcessive, unreasonable, and so the sampling distribution. The face of these problems, grainstorage enterprises and food processing enterprises urgently need to develop a new type ofsampling equipment design, this device requires a certain automated or intelligent.The subject comes from the National Science and Technology Support Program “greenstaple food processing technologies and products†in the sub-topics----unprocessed receiveautomatic sampling and detection system research and development and integration. Thispaper studied the sampling bulk grain truck automatic control system is mainly to solve thecurrent food shortage sampling design. In this paper, to achieve continuous automaticsampling, these save manpower and improve efficiency through major role in the analysis ofthe auto sampler. With the rapid development of the grain distribution technology, to furtheraccelerate the research and development of grain circulation equipment, food production andprocessing also will turn to mechanization and automation of operations. Food storage andfood processing enterprises has greatly improved the scale, and thus the grain enterprise ingrain food product inspection prior to the acquisition presents new challenges. How toachieve food sampling automation, thus speeding up the food quality testing to detect theaccuracy of the data that has also has a true representative. So food sample testing process isthe most important step is to select a representative sample has real, it is divided into themerits of the importance of food out of the warehouse basis.In order to solve the food storage efficiency, while ensuring that human labor heavygrain real quality testing, a study of this thesis work from the following aspects:(1) According to the influence of different grain loading and transport of impurities in the bulk grain distribution, the proposed distribution scheme of sampling points, the nextautomatic control system solutions for the analysis of the foundation.(2) According to the market research and practical application of engineering point ofview, the automatic control system proposed scheme. Sampler designed automatic controlsystem schematics, and the development of automatic control scheme, and automatic controltheory are analyzed.(3) The number of automatic control system I/O port in accordance with the selection ofthe PLC automatic controller, main circuit design, and control circuit design work, andcompleted the hardware configuration and programming of the PLC.(4) Through the use of existing laboratory equipment for bulk grain truck samplerdebugging automatic control system and the results make a summary.Firstly, the distributions of the sampling points were analyzed to complete the samplingpoints sampled by automatic control technology, get rid of the random sampling to improvethe accuracy of sampling. PLC features combined to achieve sampling probe arrangementaccording to the automatic programming sampling point, thereby improving the efficiency ofsampling and saves manpower. |
