In the process of refining equipment localization in China, improve the level of the equipment manufacturing industry in our country, safeguard the development of China’s oil refining industry, must implement the localization of large diameter screw locking ring heat exchanger, at the same time realize the refining equipment localization is a major national policy of China’s economic development strategy. With the increase of equipment structure size, not only a great difficulty for design, at the same time also can dramatically increase the manufacturing difficulty. Thread locking ring heat exchanger, a relatively small diameter thread locking ring heat exchanger from design to manufacturing has a set of mature and effective design, manufacturing technology, but when the diameter of thread locking ring heat exchanger increases, the existing technology has not applicable.In this paper, based on the common small diameter heat exchanger manufacturing, from the design of the large diameter screw locking ring heat exchanger principle are studied, and combining with actual production, demonstrates the large diameter screw locking ring heat exchanger in the production of need to pay attention to process, verify the manufacture of large diameter screw locking ring heat exchanger factory required qualifications; CNC boring and milling machine in the process of producing irreplaceability of pipe in the large thread processing; Large diameter screw locking ring spinning smoothly, and verify the processing of the thread size on the rationality of the middle of the tolerance zone; The hydrostatic test also shows that in steel tube sealing surface after the final heat treatment process of advancement and sealed performance is good; Eventually the whole device group installed parts assembly sequence is also very reasonable.
