Lubricating oil industry develops rapidly and takes over increasingly proportion in thechemical industry, but the control process is complex because of the intermittent batchproduction, especially the degree of automation requirements is more and more high today.And the realization of automatic control production line of lubricating grease have becomeparticularly important. The subject which mainly studies production of lithium grease comesfrom the practical production of Korean of Qiang feng Co., LTD, aiming at completing designof production line control system.According to the technological process in producing lithium base grease and controlrequirements, the Siemens S7-300PLC as the core, WinCC as the monitoring system’soverall control scheme. On this basis, the completion of the programming and debugging ofStep7-300and WinCC, and has solved the lithium grease production key technologiesand difficulties in the process.Firstly, the control plan of grease automatic configuration production-line is proposed.For solving the problem, that is the "one to many" or "many to one" line of grease operationequipment is flexible, which occurs operational errors caused by artificial connection, andeven leading to material transfer error results wasteful. The program uses control strategy ofbatch and achieves batch automatic transmission, which ensures that the material deliveryonly exists in produced the same batch unit equipment. In addition, that can prevent the errorsof combination lines and improve the reliability and production efficiency in lines connection.Using Siemens with serial communication module, through the RS485bus with Modbusprotocol, communication between the control system and weighing instrument is completed,and the network architecture is built. After control system hardware is selected and designed,the weighing field instruments and control station communication is mainly completed.Considering the temperature characteristics of quench mixer, the paper analyzed the PIDclosed-loop control principle and described the use of S7-300and the programming of FB41function block. The quench cooling temperature control program design is completed basedon the PID.The grease production process monitoring program was proposed, which solves the issuethat the existing grease production process is difficult to meet the manager to achieve remotemonitoring because the traditional monitoring capabilities is limited by time and location. Theprogram uses the combination of WinCC Web server and Web client, remote terminal of LANand WAN comes into the monitoring system. The supervisor makes dynamic monitoring ofthe entire production process anywhere and anytime and deals with field data, historical curve,alarm recording, report archiving timely. The actual application shows that the programeffectively completes the whole scheduling of grease production plant and improves thereliability and productivity of the grease automation performance. In summary, design of the entire control system has been completed, and simulationdebugging succeed. The actual operation shows that the design of Lithium Grease controlsystem works reliability and greatly improves the degree of automation on Lithium Greaseproducing. According to the characteristics of lithium grease control system, some keytechnologies and difficulties has been solved in the preparation process, and achieves thedesired effect, meets the requirements of lithium grease control systems. |
