In this paper, the research content mainly for buggy product area, improved the old trap type U baby walker, improved trolley as the main object and designs. Through collecting, data access, research, market analysis, consumer, in line with to the infant as the starting point, from the shape, dimensions, color, material, function, summarizes the characteristics and design elements of infants and children toy products. Puts forward the improved one car is multi-purpose type trolley is to help infants and young children thrive and improve the intelligence of good partners. Design to solve the problem of two, on the one hand, is a cart is also a child learning to walk and play a good partner, on the other hand through improvement of trolley, the modified a cart is multi-purpose, can play outdoors with children as well as in the restaurant dining environments, such as transformation of eat chair for children use, solves the children eat chair is not in the restaurant with queuing phenomenon and public children eat chair without health disinfection completely hidden trouble. By investigating the analysis of the status quo of domestic and foreign markets, according to the current bad social public opinion and influence produced by traditional walkers, through its shortcomings, change the structure and form of walkers, design of each function is more suitable for children’s physical development of the new trolley, extend the utilization and interesting, increase the interaction part, aiming at exercise the body function of young children and starting point.This paper respectively from the nine chapters on the content of the design analysis: the first chapter for the introduction and market research part, this paper expounds the thesis research significance, research background and research object and main content. The second chapter mainly analyzes the product of the relationship between the user and the product itself provide beneficial theoretical research basis for man-machine design. Third chapter in-depth study demand, purchasing motivation of produce and design. The fourth chapter study of consumers, because children product users and decision makers are separated, the relationship between two parts, so to study. The fifth chapter is market analysis, market at home and abroad were compared. Ahead for product specific analysis, the sixth chapter, on the analysis and research of the humanized design and human design concept of the two as the starting point of design, summarized the design elements of the products and product features. The seventh part, are summarized based on research on product positioning. The eighth part designed reasonable and interesting carts. The ninth part design conclusions.
