This paper introduces the study status of air separation equipment at home and abroad, according to the characteristics of a walnut shape reasonably designed and manufactured to walnut shell prototype.The walnut shell machine to the working principle is:Negative pressure airflow fan,Negative pressure flow field,since the empty flat walnut Juglans regia and suspension velocity difference saturated in its effect,isolated empty, shriveled walnut and walnut saturation.When winnowing, walnut shaker inflow through the inlet duct.The duct formed a negative top-down flow field, walnut been rising negative pressure in the duct airflow,air suspension velocity smaller, because smaller than walnut deflated air velocity.With air rising into the settling chamber, suspended due to the speed of large walnut greater airflow velocity saturation, and direct dropping out from the outlet.Walnut shell relevant data to the equipment at home and abroad are relatively scarce, the distribution of airflow field inside the duct studies are even scarcer.In this paper, the entire duct FLUENT software for numerical simulation, not only inside the pipe flow state can clearly presented,and find the law duct flow field and the distribution for the whole design provides an important theoretical basis.In this paper, walnut shell machine to wind tunnel simulation of the flow field numerical simulation mainly to a few working parts:(1)According to the walnut shell machine operating conditions and requirements, the parameters analyzed duct, select and calculated through three-dimensional solid model to walnut shell machine duct.(2)Calculation method introduced a multiphase flow model, using Euler model of gas-solid flow when the duct is simulated using finite volume method for the numerical calculation method, using the standard two-equation model k-ε turbulence model.(3)Simplified duct boundary conditions, three-dimensional solid model, after using the FLUENT software duct gas-solid gender, single-phase numerical simulation, analysis, whereby access to internal pressure and wind velocity distribution channel, and got the internal flow duct line flow pattern.(4)Improved models for the duct, so that the inner duct turbulent zone reduced, thereby improving the efficiency of walnut shell to.
