Non-magnetic stainless (20Mn23AlV) is a stainless steel.It has a good mechanicalproperties,Strength, toughness,organizational stability, low magnetic permeability and highelectrical resistivity.Small eddy current losses in the magnetic field,widely used in aerospace,metallurgy, large power plants, petrochemical, military and energy fields.The increasing used of Non-magnetic stainless,its processing requirements are constantlyimproving.Non-magnetic stainless steel is a austenitic stainless steel,Plastic large, low thermalconductivity, low cutting efficiency,large cutting tool loss, severe hardening,large cuttingheat, cooling difficulties, serious chip on the edge adhesion, difficult to discharge chips andother cutting characteristics, is one of the hardest cutting material in stainless steel. Especiallywhen conducting superfine deep drilling, the impact of these characteristics on the processingare more obvious.Conducting experimental study of ultrafine long deep hole drillingprocess,First, a similar deep hole drilling test processed on17-4material,Provide a theoreticalparameters and processing experience for non-magnetic stainless steel deep processing.Thetest is mainly using deep hole gun drilling methods combinate with BTA deep hole boringtechnology,Ultrafine long deep processing on non-magnetic stainless bar,Through to selectethe processing mode, improve process parameters and modificate the tool geometryparameters, the machining process can proceed smoothly,the machining process required toachieve results.The test of superfine deep hole drilling on non-magnetic stainless steel (20Mn23AlV) canprovide some processing experience and processing data in deep hole machining and stainlesssteel processing, to improve the processing efficiency and accuracy, reduce processing costs tothe deep hole drilling processing on difficult materials.
