water injection is always used to increasing oil recovery, and we usuallyrecognize absorbing water behavior. The method of using artificial injection to maintainreservoir pressure develops oil fields, the oil industry is a major turning point in history, itcan greatly improve the production rate and recovery. From the1920s began to water,which was promoted in the1960s until the current injection is still the most common wayof the most important oil field development. to know more about bottom of well and effectof water injecting. we know about absorbing water behavior mainly by water injectingindex and water injecting profile. this paper studied the absorbing water of Ganguyioilfield and realized the property low penetrative reservoirs. The results have shown that:to low penetrative reservoirs, heterogeneity of oil layer is an important factor which couldeffect. absorbing water behavior besides the property of water injection and factor ofmanagement also have important effect to water injection; water injection profile map ofGanguyi oilfield have four kind shapes and “sharp shape” is main shape. The results issignificant for understanding water injection effect of Ganguyi oilfield. we hope all of thatwill have a good help to solve the trouble we faced on oilfield.
