| The ocean is the world’s greatest resource. It is an important theme for all the countries to explore and develop the ocean effectively. The ocean exploring tools such as ships, oil platforms at sea and submarines are suffered from the erosion of marine organism. For example, the attachments of algae, barnacles, mussels and other biological make a great economic loss for the ocean’s exploring and developing. Among them, the attachments for ships is the most serious aspect. The widely used solution to solve this problem at present is covering the paint on ships to resist the attachments. However, the traditional anti-fouling paint is poisonous which will do harm to the marine environment and caused a terrible impact on marine food chain. As the development of awareness of environmental protection, it has been a hot spot to explore a new kind of anti-fouling paint which is friendly to the environment and inspires the researchers all over the world.This paper combines the advantages of both biomimertic coating and low surface energy coatings in the new environmental friendly ones, manufacturing a new kind of paint which includes all the advantages mentioned before. This paper is using graft copolymerization to synthetizes the organic fluorine modified acryic high hydrophobic resin which has low surface energy based on methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate and twelve fluoride methacrylic acid heptyl ester.Then use acrylamide, hydroxyl propyl acrylate, acrylic acid as the monomers, adding the potassium persulfate which is using as an initiator and the N, N-two methyl acrylamide used as a cross-linker to synthesized the acrylic acid superabsorbent resin.After that, discussed the influence of the monomer ratio, neutralization degree of acrylic acid, drying temperature and the dosage of cross-linker and initiator for the absorption rate of water absorbent resin. What’more, test instrument of shock resistance help to detect the film’s performance which organically consists of the high water absorbent resin and the resin with low surface energy hydrophobic. To be the best synthesis of the absorbent resin:the monomer ratio is9:1, the neutralization degree of acrylic acid80%, the dosage of the initiator and cross-linker is respectively0.6%and0.2%. When the resin baking temperature is50℃, the deionized water absorption rate of absorbent resin is up to3000. the absorption rate of0.9%NaCl water is367.At the same time, it use the suction/hydrophobic resin as the film forming product to inspect the different proportions between two types of resin and the influence of nano-SiO2for compositing film surface morphology. Also, test the anti-fouling properties of the coating through the hanging board in the ocean. The results show that:when the suction/hydrophobic resin ratio was1:1, the dosage of filler is9, the dosage of nano-SiO2is8, the dosage of emulsifier is2.5, after the preparation of the coating absorbing water, the film surface has a "ditch-groove" structure just like shark skin, the film contact angle reached133°. The result of hanging plate shows this kind of coating has a good ability of anti-fouling properties. In the end, discuss the drag reduction and anti-fouling principle of the micro structure of compositing coating and bionic "ditch-groove" structure. |
