| As concerning the high toxicity of organotin paints, the need to develop new environment-friendly antifouling paints has been highlighted. The resins and antifouling agents used play a very significant role in the processing and end-use behaviour of the antifouling paints.In this work, a capsaicin assembler containing acrylamide moiety N-(4-Hydroxy-3-methoxy-benzyl)-acrylamide (HMBA) was synthesized successfully. And the molecular structure of HMBA was testified by FTIR and 'H-NMR. At the same time, a new copolymer containing capsaicin moiety was obtained via the copolymerization of HMBA monomer with other acrylate monomers. The obtained copolymer was used to prepare antifouling paints or incorporated into the antifouling paints as a main antifouling binder. The antifouling properties of the paints were shown after an exposure to marine environment and good antifouling effect were observed. The properties of the paint is compard with a professional antifouling paint for fishnet-FLEXGARD VI antifouling paint of FLEXABAR-AQUATECH company.5,6-dichloroindole as an intermediate of antifouling agent was synthesized based on L-B Method only in three steps of reaction using 3,4-dichlorotoluene as a initial material. And Two indole derivatives-methyl 3-(lH-indole-l-yl)propanoate and methyl 3-((5,6-dichloro-lH-l-indole)-yl)propanoate-were synthesized through the reaction between indole or 5,6-dichloroindole and methyl 3-disulfurbutylate. The products were examined by 1H-NMR and IR. |
