Spool of hot rolled strip steel production take collection process is to realize thecontinuous production of a very important link. Hot rolled strip coiler system in thispaper, base on a certain steel company. By introducing the coiler system parts in thesystem function, discussed some institutions exposed in the production practice.Through comprehensive analysis on production actual problem, put forward theoptimizing design scheme of fault equipment. Mainly do the following severalaspects:1. Optimization design of strip steel roller transportation G structure design.According to different working condition of the working area six to one, G rollermake different structure of the driving part, different structure of roller structure andimprove the equipment function.2. Influence elements of strip coiler system performance parameters, and itscontrol system and equipment selection, ensure the coiling tension system. Avoid thetension caused by insufficient heap steel, waste volume. Improve equipmentmaintenance methods and conditions, in order to reduce the maintenance cost.3. Discusses each subsystem coiler system was optimized: mechanical system,electric drive system and control system design and implementation. Including theimprovement of mechanical institutions design, the optimization design of electricdrive system, the optimal design of PLC control system, application of T400technology regulator. At the same time, a control theory is also used to control thetension of the system, speed control, current control, temperature control system isanalyzed.4. Improving design for hot rolled strip steel coiling transport chain coilingtransportation equipment. In the process of practical production design flaws exposed,analysis targeted. And make optimization improvement program. Tested and obtainedgood results. Fundamentally reduce the long-distance transportation equipmentmaintenance difficulty. Improve the equipment environment and meet therequirements of the equipment safe and highly efficient and stable operation. Through the system optimization design improvements, coiling system runsmoothly. Provide the technical support to new product development, productioncapacity in future.
