Radial tire molding machine is an important equipment for tire production, withthe increasing demand for vehicles, the demand for radial tires is also growing, thelevel of automation molding equipment requirements are also increasing. Our last twodecades, as well as through the introduction of digestion and absorption of foreignadvanced technology achievements have been molding machine for radial tire has beenimproved in all aspects, the current radial tire too, and one of the main factorsshaping the operating efficiency of automation one of the most important constraintslink the level of automation degree, is the tread sticking together.In this paper, the whole process of forming the tread posted lamination processdesign and research, to design a new tread stickers compression fittings, and its pastelamination and lamination process trajectory angle studies aimed at improving thelevel of automation molding equipment. The main contents and conclusions are asfollows:(1) To understand the process and the impact of the major effects of radial tiretread bonding paste lamination quality related factors, determining the principles andrequirements analysis tread bonded rubber tread adhesion and its influencing factors.Analysis showed that: rubber material, rubber surface, rubber paste occlusal surfacetemperature, the pressure force is an important factor affecting the quality.(2) Analysis of the tread sticking together key process conditions such aspressure, temperature effects, indicating that the pressure force of bonding andlamination angle, the bonding surface temperatures are affecting the quality of fit.Made on the basis of the automatic closing device of the tread sticking new design andtwo specially designed micro devices, and an electromagnetic hammer spring meansand pressure from the roll is adjustable.This device can automatically paste laminationprocess,driven by the pressure spring rolls with tread micro radians, electromagnetichammer can be pressed together after the first roll, the driving pressure rollercompaction. (3) Post compression fittings, carried out the action dynamic simulation, thesimulation analysis with respect to the drum fit radial, axial movement postedlamination process; dynamic simulations software to verify the key sticking togetherfeasibility of the action and the feasibility of fitting automatic operation;(4) For radial tires automatic laminating lamination process put pressureexperiments, measuring the relationship between surface temperature and pastelamination lamination effect, the relationship between the pressure roller laminationmaterial and affixed effect; determination Mooney viscosity with temperaturechanges, to understand the impact of temperature on the tread rubber adhesive,sticking timely determine the appropriate temperature of the plastic material pressedsurface; measured vulcanization curves at different curing temperatures, below thevulcanization temperature is determined at a suitable temperature range.This paper does research on the development of the radial tire productionequipment, automation rate plays an important role in low-power devices for stickingtogether in the lamination process, equipment research and development of highefficiency has a positive role in promoting.
