Pendulum shear machine is impaortant shear equipment in continuous casting and rollingproduction line, which is independent of the installation in the continuous rolling mill rollingline, the operationwill also have a direct impact on the efficiency of the production line. Due tothe need for pendulum shear shear in the process of movement, so shearing machine structure,adjustment and controling to meet the dynamic shear, leading to a complex shear on thedynamicandstaticmechanicalbehavior.Therefore,thispapercarriedoutas follow:First this paper introduces the basic structure and working principle of pendulum shearmachine, through analyzing pendulum shear movement process of the mechanism and calculatethe two point of the greatest impact on the pendulum shear slide lateral pressure., using furthermathematical solution analysis to solve out the specific location of the crankshaft angle and dothemechanical analysis.Secondly according to the mechanical analysis of the results of pendulum shear machine,swing frame and tool in two states of positive inversion studying, analysis of the pendulumshear, turret and put frame stress size and deformation of the slideway frame. The results of theanalysisshouldbeprovedtheproblemsoccurred aftertheshearreversal.Because the tool slide in the slideway frame swaying, in order to avoid strong contactinjuries, Put a gap of0.3to0.5mm between the frame and slide on the knife, Different gapsbetween the slideway frame and the tool carrier will affect the force of the components on thetransmission path. Therefore, the analysis of the impact of different clearances on the pendulumshear,thependulum,andtheupperturretstrengthhaspractical value.Finishly,Two kinds state of positive&negative, analysis of different gap on the strength ofthe pendulum shear, tool post, frame effect and the influence of stress distribution of pendulumframe slide. The gap should be maintained at0.3mm,the shear stress intensity and strain andframe slide deformation is the smallest,Detailed analysis of the slide positive in two differentstates and different gap the frame stress curves of hem, get set frame slide are most vulnerabletodamage.Atthesametime,in thetwokindsstateofpositive&negative, analysingdifferent influence on strength.for pendulum shear, tool post and frame. finally, through the analysisof a large amount of data, the positive rotation state can alleviate the pendulum shear and theframe and swing frame slide’s stress concentration which is beneficial to prolong the life of thependulumshear.The research results of this paper provide theory basis and guidance for enterpriseequipment maintenance, they have important theoretical guiding significance to designoptimizationandreconstruction ofpendulumshear.
