So the demand for large-scale transport machineryincreases extremely. And then dumping plough has been widely used as large and efficientequipment for handling,loading and unloading of materials.The project stems from a big innovation item of Tianjin Binhai New Area, a majorinnovation project "Introduction of technology and Industrialization of large and efficientequipment for handling,loading and unloading of materials." based on a company ofTianjin Binhai New Area.The object of study is the hydraulic system of dumpingplough.Design a reasonable hydraulic system schematic diagram,determine the parametersof the hydraulic components according to the action of dumping plough and then use thesoftware AMESim for simulation and optimization.The main content of this treatise is asfollows:At first,it introduced the dumping plough`s development status and futuretrends.Preliminary design the overall scheme of the hydraulic system according to theactions of the hydraulic part of the dumping plough and design the schematics of thehydraulic system according to the various parts of the hydraulic motor function of thedumping plough.Secondly,calculate the main parameter of components of the hydraulic systemaccording to each part of the functional requirements and parameters required of thedumping plough,select each component of hydraulic system,and test and verify the selectedparameters.Carry out the AMESim simulation optimization of tilt hydraulic system of dumpingplough,cab leveling hydraulic system,and hydraulic belt tensioning system;improve theunreasonable hydraulic system,verify the reasonableness of the hydraulic system. |
