| Oil field station is an important production process in the gathering and processingsystem of oil and gas. It is charged with oil gathering and transportation tasks. As thedevelopment of oil field has entered the period of high water cut, traditional adjustment cannot satisfy the requirement of high level of industry development. So, it is necessary to makea parameter optimization for the oil field muti-purpose station to get a purpose of low energyexpend and high efficiency. And, the gradient pricing is becoming more and more. If weadjust the production task of oil field muti-purpose station reasonably, we can reduce themoney on electricity.First, we study the situation of energy in oil field based on the analysis of energy balance.Energy balance model of every equipment was build according to the process flow. And thendraw a chart of energy distribution and evaluate the efficiency of energy use.Second, the operating parameter optimization was studied. A optimization model that itsobjective fuction is lest running cost was build based on the energy balance model. After thatwe confirm four important parameter. They are the amount of demulsifying compound, thetime of second settling tank, the temperature of heating furnace exit and the amount ofcorrosion inhibitor. It is different between two-phase segregator and three-phase segregator, sotwo parameter optimizations are needed. In the last, we use the particle swarm optimizationalgorithm to get the results of optimization, and make a contrast between before optimizationand after optimization.Last, the task adjustment question was studied. we build a module of the electricityexpend for the task adjustment of oil muti-purpose station. Its purpose is to adjust differenttask of different time in a day. Its optimization variables include the well-in flow, the flow ofoil, the flow of sewage.And it can not break the constraint of the industrial requirements. |
