With the continuous development and breakthrough in the oil-gas exploration technology,more and more ultra-deep wells were found and extracted. The extraction of ultra-deep wellsis an urgent production technology problem at home and abroad. Using compound extractiontechnology is an effective way to achieve ultra-deep wells drainage. In this paper, we considerthe production features of ultra-deep wells, meticulous complete analyse of all kinds ofexisting ways in production quality and adaptability, comprehensive study Liaohe Oilfieldultra-deep well conditions, initial screen compound extraction process, determine the overallprogram after technical and economic comparison. After that, we proceed the difficultyanalysis and design calculation, divide technology unit of study, achieve the design of screwpump with ESP compound extraction process and form compound extraction process pipestrings. According to compound extraction method to design the equipments, completeoptimal design of matching parameters, study the effect of different operating parameters onthe compound extraction system, program integrating, thus forming a compound extractiontechnology of the Liaohe oilfied ultra-deep well. In order to select the main components andsupporting tools, as well as design and analyse the pipe strings, we write screw pump withESP compound extraction process software by VB language in this article. According to thesoftware, optimized selection is carried out on the Liaohe Oilfield ultra-deepwell and explorethe feasibility of the screw pump with ESP compound extraction process. At last we get idealselection results, and it facilitate the use of the site operators. |
