Research On Chinese Provincial Ecological Civilization Comprehensive Evaluation System

In this paper, it construct a comprehensive evaluation index system of ecologicalcivilization which contains20indicators, The system covers the contents ofecological civilization in the environment, the economy, politics, society contains.Selected in2003-2011provinces data in China, using Excel, R, STATA, EVIEWS,software measure the level of ecological civilization construction of the provinces,Analysis the spatial correlation of the construction of ecological civilization. Classifythe level of ecological civilization construction. Then, using panel data model analyzethe relationship between the environment and ecological economy, ecological andcultural, ecological regimes. Finally comparative analyze the situation of eachprovinces’ ecological civilization construction. Divided China into five types:Economic development model, Environmental advantages type, Moderate Balanced,Balanced medium and low, Low balance. Provide a theoretical basis for thegovernment making decisions. Conclusions as follows:From the spatial dimension, between space, Ecological civilization constructionexist a significant positive correlation. From the time dimension,2003-2011provincial level showed an increasing trend.Ecological economy, ecological cultural, ecological regime only has individualeffects on the ecological environment, showing the inter-provincial differences.There is a positive correlation between the two level indicators. There is acomplementary relationship among the two level indicators. Indicates that thecoordinated development of the various regions of China, the construction ofecological civilization bear fruit.Comprehensive, coordinated and balanced development province is not exist inChina. Although there are great differences in different regions about ecologicalconstruction level, it can be enhanced and improved.
