Add three kinds of silane coupling agent modified CeO2andunmodified CeO2to the natural rubber without reinforce system, found that when add asmall amount of CeO2, The reinforcing effect of CeO2for NR and the effect of NR inreinforcing NR system are similar,when adding a large amount of the modified CeO2andthe unmodified CeO2, for the reinforcing effect of NR, after coupling agent modified sex ofCeO2better than not modified sex CeO2, in the three species coupling agent fill strong theperformance of NR, Silicon coupling agent modified sex CeO2in NR in the of dispersionis the best, titanium acid ester coupling agent fill strong NR of mechanical performancebest, compared with the NR without the addition of the modified CeO2, added titaniumacid ester coupling agent modified sex CeO2of NR of stretch strength improved18.6%,tear strength improved13.0%, after rubber samples aging, Added titanium acid estercoupling agent modified sex CeO2of rubber sample of mechanical strength also Supreme,in NR in the added aluminum acid ester coupling agent modified sex CeO2of rubbersamples stability can better, integrated considered three species coupling agent modifiedsex CeO2and not modified sex CeO2on NR performance of fill strong role: Titanium acidester coupling agent> Aluminum acid ester coupling agent> Silicon coupling agent> notmodified sex oxidation CE.
