The pulverized coal carbonization, large-scale, rapid low temperaturecarbonization of coal carbonization is the dominant direction of development, Xi’anUniversity of Architecture and Technology Institute of Powder Engineering combinesthe basic laws of gas-solid powder materials heat treatment process, the proposed outerloop pulverized low quick retort new technology in order to give full play to theadvantages of fine particles of the reactor, to improve the heat and mass transfer effects,to achieve rapid low temperature carbonization of pulverized coal, improve responserates and increase the yield of tar, and ultimately industrialization pulverized coalcarbonization. Thesis completed coal industry analysis to explore the basis forcomparing the various process routes and operating parameters of the tar yield on thesemi-industrial experimental study completed by the observation test, with continuousrunning test material, the following main conclusions.(1) Fast reactor outer loop completely pulverized coal to achieve rapidcarbonization. Keep the material at the bottom of the reactor prior to the oxygencontent of less than1%drop in reactor pressure of about500Pa, the negative pressureat the bottom of the reactor is about100~150Pa, the main process parameters of thesystem to stabilize the running.(2) High-temperature separator outlet temperature≥450℃when stable operation,the separation accuracy to meet the production needs, but with the running timeincreases, high-temperature high-pressure separator loss increased.(3) The tar yield of7.0%, higher than the industry advanced level. Pulverized oil yield of95%.(4) Semi-coke of high calorific29.72MJ/kg, lower than the raw coal31.12MJ/kg,part of the reason is the retorting process semi-coke burning. Gas calorific value1655KJ/m3, low calorific value, mainly due to high temperature and high efficiencyseparators using nitrogen purge, a lot of nitrogen into the gas blowback.(5) A combination of operating parameters semi-industrial test systems byequilibrium calculations, the system analyzes the major expenditure items heat givenprocess and balance calculations coke dry quenching, the system will help reduce heatloss.
