| At present, there are two major problems in fireworks industry, firstly, the productionmode of fireworks industry leads to the low production efficiency. at every festival and atNew Year, in the face of large orders, they can only look and sigh; Secondly, in theproduction process of fireworks, it almost did not complete production processes withoutthe gunpowder. Especially in the case that worker quality is not very high, illegal operationis normal, but it can largely increase the probability of catastrophic accidents. In view ofthis kind of situation, this article puts forward to the idea of automated production lines infireworks. Hope to change the status quo of the fireworks industry in our country.After understanding the fireworks industry background, this paper has established theoverall plan of the automated production line, and in the overall plan, it has defined thestatus and significance of mine. This paper mainly revolves around two points, one isweighing accuracy, the other one is the mixing homogeneity. The two problems have a longhistory. the current study is in common with previous research, also has its own uniqueplace in the industry.In the research of weighing precision, firstly, we analyzed how to improve theaccuracy of weighing by changing mechanical agencies, we mainly study this area bychanging lead of the stockscrew, height of thread and the diameter of the stockscrew.Second problem is how to avoid some error. Taking the error of the whereabouts forexample, it can avoid the error when we choose the stepper motor. In mixing evennessresearch, first of all, we should understand the algorithm of mixing uniformity, knowmixing effect and applications of all kinds of mixer, select the suitable type of mixer, andthen study and design them to catch the characteristics of the industry. Due to fewer controlpoint, the control system can complete with PLC of FX2Nseries. This paper studies thestepper motor control with PLC and then draws electrical control schematic figure andladder diagram. Finally, the design of the weighing mixed mechanism has carried on thekinematical simulation, it fully displays its function, at the same time, it also verified thereliability of this plan.Design and research of this paper is a challenge for previous fireworks industryproduction mode. Through the research, the fireworks automatic production line cansignificantly reduce the accident rate, improve the production efficiency and create socialvalue. |
