| Setting off fireworks is a traditional way of celebrating the festival in china,Fireworks plays a very important role in national celebration, wedding ceremonies, andother occasions. Fireworks production industry is a high risk industry, The problem ofsafety in production has become one of the outstanding problems which hindered thedevelopment of the industry. This paper aims to reduce the risk of accidents duringproduction. To solve the problem, we designed a fireworks granule automatic productionline. In this paper,the design and research of granulating system is introduced with a highemphasis.This paper discussed the formation mechanism of the powder granulation andanalyzed various factors’ influence on granulation and the mutual restraint between them.According to the analysis results,Based on systematic design methods, combined withmarket demand and granulation equipment,we identified the main technical parametersof the equipment. During the designing process, we used CAD/CAE technology forparts designing, solid modeling, assembly, motion simulation and interference test.To realize remote control of the granular system, we adopted the dry-discgranulation theory as theoretical basis. The designs of mechanical structure areincluding:feed machinery, granular machinery, spray machinery, discharge machineryand powder recycle machinery. The designs of the electrical part include the formulationof the granular process, control programs and the development of man-machine interfaceplatform.This article makes a theoretical calculation analysis about main shaft to figure outthe biggest inlet amount. Ansys is also been used to analysis the fatigue life of the mainshaft. The result verified the reliability of the granular system.The pelletizing system in this thesis research will effectively change the status ofsafety issues during the fireworks production. It will not only free the labour power fromproduction, but also effectively improve the granulation rate and granulation efficiency. |
