| With the condensate reservoir constantly found around the world, it is also becomingincreasingly important to the exploration and development of new reservoirs, however,retrograde condensation damage of the gas condensate reservoir and its water lock damagecan reduce the production capacity of the gas well. It is demonstrated that the phenomenoncan be effectively improved by changing the wettability of gas reservoir. The theoretical basisof gas-wetting research is still in a fledging period, especially the effective gas-wettingalteration agents are lacking at present.Rock wettability is controlled by the surface chemical composition and surface structure,the change of rock surface chemical composition can reduce the surface energy of rock.Firstly, the containing fluorine, silicon and its polymer grafted dopamine was synthesized inthis paper; Secondly, the gas wettability and its theory were inspected; Lastly, the scouringresistance of G04-MAA, G04-AA-BA, G06B-MAA, G06C-MAA, VTES-MAA, graftedpolymer of dopamine and G04-MAA modified by Poly (dopamine) were investigated. Thedetailed content as follows:As the fluoride silicone polymer and fluorinated acrylate polymers grafted dopaminewere synthesized and the conditions of the experiments were explored. The optimumexperiment was molar ratio of G04and MAA3:2with DMF as solvent and polymerizationtime4h at temperature60-65℃. Moreover, the polymers were characterized by FTIR andUV-Vis spectrometer and it was confirmed that the synthesis of the polymers and dopaminehad been successfully introduced into the fluorinated acrylate polymer.In the preparing experiment of gas-wetting alteration materials, the optimal conditionswere obtained based on numerous experiments: the polymer was diluted to20-25vt%withDMF as solvent and the treatment time was5h. After treated with G04-MAA, the surface wettability of glass slide, aluminum sheet cores PJ, PW were altered into preferentialgas-wetting. The investigation of the surface morphology and energy spectrum analysis byscanning electron microscopy (SEM) revealed that there was fluorine element and micro/nanostructures on the rock surface treated with the materials of gas-wetting alteration, which werefavorable for the decrease of surface energy of the rock. Besides the gas recovery byG04-MAA,G04-MAA-DA,G04-MAA modified by poly (dopamine) and poly (dopamine)were investigaed. After treated with fluorine-containing acrylate polymers, the waterimbibiton of the rock dropped rapidly. And the deliverability in reservoirs can be enhanced bywettability alteration to gas-wetting near the well bores which relieved the water blockage.Compared with experiments of scouring resistance of the different systems, the resultsshowed that the acrylate polymer contained fluorine or silicon had a certain properties of gaswetting alteration and scouring resistance. And the results also showed that the G06B-MAAand G06C-MAA had more effective gas-wetting alteration than G04-MAA, and theVETS-MAA had the poorer property of gas-wetting alteration. Due to good adhesion of thedopamine with the fluorinated acrylate polymers, grafted dopamine had the better property ofscouring resistance. Moreover, the scouring resistance of the G04-MAA modified bypoly(dopamine) had been improved effectively. |
