The porosity and permeability of tight sandstone condensate gas reservoir are very low,so multi-stage fracturing horizontal well is the main development method. The high conductivity fracture formed by large-scale hydraulic fracturing improves the reservoir fluid flow ability, but also brings the problem of water lock damage caused by fracturing fluid retention. In addition, due to the unique retrograde condensate phenomenon of condensate gas reservoir, condensate oil precipitation in the reservoir is easy to cause retrograde condensate pollution. At present, the characteristics of water lock damage of fracturing fluid and condensate oil retrogression damage in fracturing development of tight sandstone condensate gas reservoir are not clear. The law of retrogression of condensate gas reservoirs with different types(difference of surface pressure and condensate oil content)is not clear. In this paper, the tight sandstone condensate gas reservoir in Canada’s Montney Basin is taken as the research target. The fluid properties of three sets of condensate gas reservoirs are compared and analyzed, and three sets of component simulation models are established based on PVT experimental data.Combined with the geological characteristics of the target block and the actual fracturing operation, the numerical model of multi-stage fracturing horizontal well development is established.Based on the results of post-pressure numerical simulation, the retrograde condensate characteristics of different types of condensate gas reservoirs and water locking characteristics of fracturing fluids were compared, the different types of condensate gas reservoir fracturing fluid distribution are almost identical, with the retrograde condensation characteristic in the process of condensate gas reservoir development present a "retrograde condensation time" early "retrograde condensation pollution is extremely serious" characteristics. And the influence of fracture parameters on retrograde condensate characteristics was analyzed. On this basis, the output characteristics of different types of condensate gas reservoirs are compared and analyzed, and the fracturing operation parameters and production system are optimized. Finally,a numerical fracturing development model is established for the actual well group in the target block, and the fracturing development effect of existing schemes is evaluated and an optimization scheme "fracture spacing 87.5 m+ well spacing 350 m+fracture length 150 m+ bottom-hole flow pressure 25.5 MPa" is proposed. The research results of retrograde condensate characteristics of tight sandstone condensate gas reservoirs formed in this paper can provide reference and guidance for similar unconventional condensate gas reservoirs.
