Frequency conversion control as an important energy-saving technology is used inoil extraction process.Experimental data show that the installation of frequency converterimprove the kinetic energy balance and energy saving effect of oil equipment. But thetheory research on variable frequency pumpingsystem dynamic simulation is not enoughso that the potential of the application of frequency conversion technology can not fullytapped in the oilfield.The dynamic performance of variable frequency pumping systemcan not be analysed theoretically at the same time.In order to provide theoreticalguidance for this technology applied in the oilfield.the main studying contents of thispaper can be divided into following several parts.Based on the frequency signal is represented by a Fu Liye series.The numericalsimulation of the whole model of sucker rod longitudinal vibration and pump pressurewas established. With the method of variable step integration,the intelligent simulation ofpump pressure’s model was solved. The surface dynamomerer card was simulated bysolving the established model.Based on the result of surface dynamomerer card’s simulation,taking intoconsideration of inertialload,this paper give out the numerical simulation model of ecachnode’s dynamic parameters of the system’s ground parts,and the formula for calculatingthe input power of asynchronous motor was deduced while the frequncy was changing.In this paper,the physical model of the beam pumping system was established inSimulink in order to verify the accuracy of the numerical simulation model in theprevious chapter.It is also convenient for other subjects to join in.Taking the frequency of power as design variables,the minimum of the rms inputpower on motor as objective function,and considering theconstraints of pumping unitstrokes,frequency variation ranges,the degree of corrosion on suck rod,the frequencyoptimization model was established.The Genetic algorithm for solving this model wasalso designed in the paper.With the combination of Matlab and OpenGL programming, the computer real-time visualization of beam pumping system based on dynamic simulation results was achieved.And the visualization program was developed.
