| At present, China’s underwear industry has become one of the fastest growing regions inthe world underwear industry as the rapid development. Nowadays the level of technics andquality standards are becoming increasingly high, the impact of the production line designfactors becomes more and more complex along with the underwear production benefit to thedevelopment of varieties, small batch, fast delivery direction. In order to make it come true, wefind out the constraints of the sewing production line by investigating several enterprises, thenbuild the a management model of bra sewing production line to make a contribution to thevirtual simulation and optimized design of the bra sewing production line.To this end, by the research of the underwear company, we find out the constraints of thesewing production line, then build a management model of the bra sewing production line. Inthis dissertation, by means of analyzing related factors of the bra sewing production line, afterthat,we build a management model of the bra sewing production line by the way of thatintegrating all kinds of constraints when we use the balance of the production line andproduction efficiency as the main line. Then we take advantage of Genetic Algorithms tooptimize the process scheduling and the equipment layout of the Bra sewing production line, inorder to counterpoise the sewing production line,and make the subtle task of the productionmanagement work scientifically. Improve the production quality and the economic benefit.This paper analyzed operating balance and production line management of the suit linethrough lots of live research and relevant literature review. Thus direct us to optimize thesewing production line system from three points including the equipment elements, staffelements and materials management.Integrate the specific circumstances of the bra sewing production line, we use the geneticalgorithms to optimized design the process scheduling and the equipment layout, according tothis we build a relevant optimization model, and then make it come true by a computer software.The management of the production line achieves the following two objectives:(1)combiningworking procedure is to minimize processing time;(2)the second one is optimizing the machinelayout,which is to minimize delivery time.In order to test the feasibility and the improvement degree of the optimization model, weuse Simfactory software to do the simulation demonstration, which confirmed the advancement of the management model of sewing production line, because the model has important activesignificance and directive function to improve the level of production management and theproduction efficiency. |
