Research On Anti-drilling Wool Of Elastic Fabric Used For Wool Cold-proof Pants And Application

Wool cold-proof pants is filled with natural wool, hold an important share of themarket in the cold region. Natural wool has a good expression in warmth retentionproperty, elasticity and hygroscopicity. However,the phenomenon of wool drilling thepants out has restricted brand upgrade of wool cold-proof pants and reduced thepurchase desire of consumers.This dissertation starts from fabric,try to improve the anti-drilling performanceand increase the wearing comfort of the pants.The paper is based on the basiccharacter of woolen cold protective clothing and the resrarch of wool-drilling from theclothes, analysises systemly the reasons of wool-drilling, summarizes the the commonanti-drilling method and principle; explores the relationship between Human dailyactivities and the elastic of pants fabric; selectes typical17kinds of elastic fabriceused for wool warm trousers to test the the fabric air permeability, warmth retentionproperty, elasticity and drilling performance; makes the fabric construction, fabric rawmaterial composition and raw material blending ratio as the independent variable tosummarize the ways of improving the elastic of fabric and the anti-drillingperformance with the above experiment result and the kinds of basic character ofunelastic fabrics,and then designs the elastic anti-drilling wool fabrics with wearingcomfort and good anti-drilling wool; with the help of factory, try to weaves thedesinged fabric, and tests the objective comfort performance of the weaved fabric todecide the NO.2to be the fabric which meets the research needs.In order to design the elasticity drilling wool fabrics which is needed by thistask,this paper research the followings:1. Exploring the demands of human lower limb daily activities on the elastic ofwool warm trousers fabric, analysising spandex properties when wearing comfort bytesting the elastic recovery performance of the fabric esed for wool warm trousers.2. It is Wool flocculus that decide the heat retaining property of Woolcold-proof pants,but not the fabric. 3. The ability of anti anti-drilling wool of Terylene-spandex fabric, nylon-spandex fabric and cotton-spandex fabric with the best anti-drilling and elastic,declines with the increasing of the spandex proportion.4. It is very difficult for knit structure to defend the wool out the pants,and thewoven fabric with high density is feasible for the goal.5. The Woven three kinds of elastic anti-drilling wool fabrics have goodexpression in elasticity recovery, which is90%when Stretched20%,while between80%~90%when Stretched40%.The Elastic recovery performance is：2twill weave＞1plain weave＞3satin weave.6. The test about anti-anti-drilling of the three kinds of woven fabric shows thatthe wool drilling from stitch is more than from fabric when then fabric is designed toa certain density,the number of drilling wool of the Woven three kinds of elasticanti-drilling wool fabrics is:3satin weave＞1plain weave＞2twill weave,whichmeans the2twill weave has the best expression on defending wool drilling.7. Both gas permeability and heat retaining property of the The Woven threekinds of elastic anti-drilling wool fabrics are in the middle position with no obviousdifference,and the elastic makes it possible to meet the needs in comfort of Woolcold-proof pants when wearing.The research is based on woolen cold protective clothing, which was the localspecialty industries in Shaanxi, starts from the actual demand of consumers andbusinesses, aim at designing the elastic anti-drilling wool fabrics with wearingcomfort and good anti-drilling wool. In addition, this paper has found the way to Savethe production cost for the enterprise, promote the quality of woolen cold protectiveclothing by providing a solution to the wool drilling from wool Wool cold-proof pantsfabric.
