| With the rapid development of China’s economy and the urbanization,the evergrowing number of household garbage produced in everyday life cause the highenvironmental pressure and a series of environmental crisis.the main methods to dealwith household garbage include landfill,incineration and compost method,of whichlandfill is most widely used.In the process of household garbage sanitary landfill willproduce highly polluting landfill leachate.In this thesis, I select the landfill leachate of a household garbage sanitarylandfill site as my research object.This site followed the old standard issued in1997when it was put into use.in April2008,our country has issued a "life landfill pollutioncontrol standard"(GB16889-2008) which was used to replace the oldstandard.obviously,when the new standard has been put into effect,the quality of thetreated water in this site can not meet the new standards of waterdemand.Therefore,we optimize the landfill leachate treatment processes in order tomake it meet the new standard.In this experiment, we take the landfill leachate of one household garbagesanitary landfill primary setting tank in wuhan as the experimental water.According tothe landfill leachate’s characteristics and composition,From the perspective ofeconomic feasibility and technical feasibility and on the premise that the originalprocessing system will be changed not too much,we decide to add NF/RO system tothe MBR on the basis of the original processing system in order to deal with thelandfill leachate.According to the emission standard of "The landfill Pollution ControlStandard (GB16889-2008)",we choose the representative index of CODCrã€NH3-Nã€TN and then dertermine the optimum technology parameter according to thetreatment effect of those three index.Through a series of experiments,we haveascertained that the optimal operational parameters of this combined process are:theHRT is3d,the DO is6mg/L and the temperature is35℃.When the system is operatedunder these parameters,the removal rate of the CODCrreached99.7%, the removalrate of NH3-N was stable at more than99.7%, the removal rate of the TN was about99.5%.Indexes of the treated effluent meet the standards of "the landfill pollution control standard (GB16889-2008)".The results of the research show that this combined process is able to deal withthe landfill leachate.We can apply it to other landfills and use it to promote thedevelopment of environmental protection. |
