It is now being widely used in fields of aerospace, automotive industry and other fields. With the development of technology, the structure of composite material products have become increasingly sophisticated. This place greater demands on the molding technology of composite material. In order to improve production efficiency and reduce labor intensity, fiber placement technology arises at the historic moment.Fiber placement technology has been one of the fastest growing and most efficient composite material molding technology. It is based on the wind and placement. Compared with other molding technology, fiber placement technology is more productive and has a better product quality. However, we are still on the primary stage of the fiber placement technology.This paper makes a detail study and design on the structure of the hand-held fiber placement mechanism. The placement head of the placement mechine is mounted on teh robotic arm, the placement operations are done manually. Because of the placement head weighs up several dozens kilograms. In order to reduce the labor intensity of workers, the structure of the placement mechanism draws lesson of the assist manipulator. It is take the peumatic balance principle. The operator only needs a small force can make the placement head moves in the space. The placement mechanism consists of two main element, such as the physical construction and peumatic balance principle. Make the hand-held fiber placement possesses good dyanmic performance, stability and flecibility, operation flexbility, and quickly to the operation.This thesis completed the structure design of the hand-held fiber placement mechanism, with the help of Pro/E, established the3-D model and accomplish assembly. Using the finite element analysis software analyze the key componrnts of hand-held fiber placement, the linear static analysis to the small arm and main arm. According to the analysis results, inspection the design is resonable. Completed the design of penumatic balance system, include pressure control system, load switching system, executive control system, protection system, pressure release system. The above parts are the core of the penumatic balance system. To balence the load through the penumatic system. |
