The vibrating stress relief (VSR) equipment is to solve how to efficiently remove themetal residual stress and born. The traditional VSR, which the motor drives the eccentricwheel, is not good to meet the requirements of the industry both in energy saving and intreatment effect. In the background, the new VSR equipment is born. This is different fromthe old in that the oscillator is made up of a new super magnetostrictive material, and hasmagnetostrictive effect. the main content of this dissertation is the design of the power moduleto meet the requirements for the exciter. The module can output a maximum current of30A anda maximum frequency of400Hz pulse current, as required. Relative to the power-supplymodule of the traditional VSR equipment, this device is much lighter, more stable output, andthe operation is more convenient.Firstly, analyzing the relationship and form of the input-output, the closed control loop ofpower system is established using the principle of automatic control theory. By increasing hallcurrent transducer to detect the current in the output, and the current is converted tovoltage,then adjust the output based on the result of comparison. In this way the feedback partof the system is built to make the power supply be dynamic balance during the working process,to ensure stability of the system.Secondly, according to the current and voltage parameters in the system, through strictcalculation to select suitable electrical components, and increase the man-machine interactivefunction. Using Proteus7.5circuit simulation and test show that power module is runningnormally, to achieve the desired design requirements.Finally, in order to ensure the power supply reliable and stable, anti-interferenceprocessing such as electro-magnetic isolation protection is carried on. By further analysis of thepower module design, some deficiencies in design are founded, and then the design method ofthe integrated amplifier elements and chopper is put forward. This provides a way to furtherimprove the power supply work.
