Phosphate resources in the mining process and the ecological environment around themine have caused pollution and destruction, leading to deterioration of soil erosion, waterquality, air pollution, destruction of vegetation, landslides and other environmental issues,while making environmental benefits in the areas of economic development with rapiddecline. In the current resource extraction process, mine ecological restoration is needed.It is important that the management of Phosphate Hill wasteland for improving theecological environment and the local economy.In this paper,take a phosphate wasteland of ecological restoration of the ecologicalbenefits of the South as the study, we analyzed the ecological restoration andeco-efficiency evaluation and assessment menthods to build the mine, through fieldinvestigation, collecting data, combined with sustainable development theory, ecologytheory. By using AHP method, frequency analysis and expert consultation to build theecological benefit evaluation index system, a phosphate wasteland ecological benefit wasevaluated after its ecological restoration. The main contents are as follows:(1) Analysis of the overall situation of China’s Phosphate Hill mining, phosphateMountain wasteland harm to the environment, and summarized the status of domesticphosphate rock mountain wasteland ecological restoration and ecological restorationmethods.(2) By study the general approach of the ecological benefit evaluation afterecological restoration of phosphate mountain wasteland. Using frequency analysismethod to select factors and build a ecological benefit evaluation index system ofecological wasteland based on Phosplate Analytic Hierarchy Process.(3) Using the method of ecological benefit evaluation to assessment its ecologicalbenefit after ecological restoration. The aim is to objectively reflect the ecological effectsafter ecological restoration of phosphate mountain wasteland.(4) Taking a phosphate district as an example, and select water conservation, solidrelease oxygen and nitrogen, soil conservation and water purification measured as the key factors.
