Based sorting Cotton fabric and Kevlar49/Cotton blended fabric comprehensive performance, the results show that:Performance Kevlar49/Cotton blended fabric is indeed superior to Cotton fabric, And with the interval into the root of the number, the more conductive yarn, the better excellent performance blended different weft fabric.According to the results of comprehensive performance analysised by fuzzy decision and cluster, Three Kevlar49/Cotton blended fabric with different weft high-strength, wear-resistant, anti-static and other excellent properties.In summary, the experiment accounted of economic and production costs of Kevlar49/Cotton blended fabric with weft different, in the same production environment, technical proficiency and other conditions,30/70Kevlar49/Cotton blended yarn are cheaper by comparison to the same size Cotton textiles. The warp yarn was27.9×2tex Kevlar49/Cotton blended yarn, Double-strand Cotton and conductive fabric constituted weft yarn of woven fabrics. We ensure that a way to weave weft as an interval of eight Cotton yarn between blended conductive yarn. Finally, we obtained that the blended woven fabrics are most suitable to develop into protective clothing mines.The fabric meets the requirements of high-risk industries for protective equipment.
